This is a full-time remote position, allowing you to provide mental health counseling from the comfort of your own home while reaching clients who may need access to mental health services. Though your work will primarily be conducted online, you will maintain close collaboration with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, promoting a seamless support network for clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs, preferences, and goals.

• Develop tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, incorporating client feedback and progress into ongoing care.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions through virtual channels, using tools like video conferencing and online resources.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client interactions, treatment goals, and progress within our electronic health record system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

We serve a diverse clientele across various demographics, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a multitude of mental health challenges. You will engage with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns, ensuring that every individual receives compassionate, culturally competent care tailored to their unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health counseling role, particularly in settings involving telehealth services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
