Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor will encompass a variety of essential tasks aimed at meeting our clients’ mental health needs:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active licensure in the state of Washington as a LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or the equivalent.

• Demonstrated experience in providing mental health services to diverse populations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients effectively.

• Proficient in using telehealth technology and related tools for remote therapy delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred:

Compensation and Benefits\n
