Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health to understand their concerns and formulate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on client assessments, which may include therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based approaches.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique goals and needs of each client, applying effective strategies to encourage insight and healing.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services and support for clients in acute mental health crises, ensuring immediate risk assessments and safety planning.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records, adhering to ethical and legal standards, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Advocate for clients by educating them and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources.

• Stay current with industry best practices and advancements in mental health therapy through ongoing professional development and engagement in relevant training programs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client population ranging from children to elderly adults, addressing various mental health issues including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and more. Your therapeutic work will not only aid in individual recovery but will also extend support to families and groups, fostering healthier connections and understanding within the community.

Qualifications\n

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related mental health field.

• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with the ability to recognize and articulate client needs accurately.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
