Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to meet each client's unique needs.

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify client issues and develop personalized treatment plans that detail measurable goals and interventions.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic care and seamless communication for those we serve.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely records of client interactions, treatment interventions, and progress in accordance with state regulations and organizational protocols.

• Engage in continuous professional development by reviewing current research in mental health counseling and integrating new evidence-based practices into your client work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele encompasses a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. As a counselor, you will encounter clients dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health concerns. A culturally competent approach and an understanding of the unique dynamics within different family structures will enable you to effectively address the needs of those you serve.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or equivalent.

• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in providing mental health counseling services.

• Proficiency in engaging diverse populations and addressing a wide range of mental health conditions.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with clients and working effectively within a team framework.

• Experience using telehealth platforms for delivering therapy, as well as familiarity with documentation and compliance standards in a remote setting.
