Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges and formulate appropriate clinical diagnoses, ensuring the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other modalities to address the specific goals and needs of each client.

• Provide crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute distress, employing de-escalation techniques and rapid response strategies to ensure safety and support.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date client records, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create integrated care plans that address the multifaceted needs of clients.

Qualifications\n

• The candidate must hold active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) within the state of Washington.
