Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand the multifaceted needs of clients, employing evidence-based practices and employing an array of proven interventions, including solution-focused therapy, to formulate tailored treatment plans that resonate with each individual's experiences.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to facilitate client progress, fostering resilience and empowering individuals to cope with life's challenges effectively.

• Maintain and oversee accurate and secure clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, underscoring our commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality in all client interactions.

• Engage actively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and fellow therapists, to ensure the provision of holistic and thorough care for clients, while benefiting from the diverse expertise of colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, each facing unique mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution, demonstrating a solid foundation in mental health theory and practice.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State, confirming your professional readiness to provide clinical support.
