Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive intake sessions with new clients to understand their mental health history and current challenges.

• Developing individualized treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals and interventions based on evidence-based practices.

• Providing regular therapy sessions, both individual and group, ensuring clients are equipped with the coping strategies they need to navigate their mental health issues.

• Monitoring client progress consistently and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required.

• Facilitating referrals to other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and support groups, to provide comprehensive care.

• Documenting patient interactions and treatment progress accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

The ideal candidate will engage with a diverse spectrum of clients, including individuals coping with substance abuse disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as either an LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
