Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize a variety of psychotherapy approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy tailored to meet individual client needs.

• Apply data-driven methodologies to monitor clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans based on their responses and feedback.

• Deliver personalized care by adjusting your therapeutic approach for each patient and each session, ensuring treatment is aligned with their evolving needs.

• Demonstrate effective crisis management skills, providing immediate support and intervention when necessary.
\n
• Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments and develop personalized treatment plans, conducting regular follow-up sessions to track progress, modify strategies, and implement behavior modification techniques.

• Operate efficiently using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and engage with clients through remote communication platforms to ensure high-quality interactions.

• Exhibit empathy and non-judgmental attitudes toward clients, fostering trusting therapeutic relationships that enable healing and growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele spans a broad spectrum of backgrounds and mental health concerns, including Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), trauma, grief, and more. You will be actively engaged with individuals from various age groups, cultures, and socio-economic backgrounds, all seeking your expertise to navigate their mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline is required.

• A valid mental health professional license (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in accordance with state regulations.

• Experience applying a range of psychotherapy modalities and familiarity with a diverse array of mental health disorders.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective collaboration with clients and colleagues alike.

• A successful track record free from Medical Malpractice Claims, verified by a third-party background check.

• Authorization to work in the United States.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, reflective of your experience and qualifications.
