Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your essential duties will encompass:

• Identifying and leveraging agency resources, services, and systems to optimize client care.

• Completing orientation and familiarizing yourself with agency policies and procedures, thereby ensuring compliance and adherence to best practices.

• Preparing for client sessions by reviewing case notes and conducting relevant research to tailor your approach to each individual's needs.

• Engaging in small group supervision and professional development seminars to stay current on therapeutic techniques and methods.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records, including both written and electronic documentation.
\n
• Coordinating care with partner agencies to ensure comprehensive support for clients through collaborative services.

• Conducting client consultations and cooperating with fellow professionals to enhance treatment efficacy.

• Documenting case notes and evaluations proficiently while contributing to the development of individualized treatment plans (ITP).

• Supporting other therapists by scoring, interpreting, and reporting psychometric assessments accurately.

• Participating in supervision sessions in conjunction with the site supervisor to ensure high-quality therapeutic practices.

• Attending team meetings and contributing to clinical discussions that drive the continued improvement of our services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will provide a safe and compassionate space for clients of diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate their struggles and empower them toward healthier coping mechanisms and life choices.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, applicants must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline.

• A valid social work license in accordance with state regulations, including LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW licensure.

• No history of medical malpractice claims, verified by a third party.

• Authorization to work in the U.S.

• Strong clinical skills along with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective dialogue with clients and colleagues alike.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
