Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive initial assessments to accurately gauge clients' psychological needs, strengths, and personal aspirations.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
\n
• Facilitate ongoing therapy sessions utilizing a client-centered approach to address varying mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational difficulties.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and case managers to ensure continuity of care and holistic support.

• Maintain meticulous clinical notes and documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards to uphold the highest quality of care.

• Participate actively in professional development activities, team meetings, and supervision opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge of best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and active state licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience providing therapy services within mental health or behavioral health contexts.

• Demonstrated proficiency in therapeutic assessments, treatment planning, and the delivery of evidence-informed interventions.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to foster strong client relationships and work collaboratively within a team.
