Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your essential duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Utilizing evidence-based techniques to motivate, guide, and assist clients in achieving their mental health goals.

• Collaborating closely with a diverse clinical team, including psychiatrists, wellness coaches, nurses, and behavioral case managers, to provide comprehensive care.

• Pioneering and participating in pilot therapy protocols aimed at enhancing client outcomes.

• Engaging in continuous training on our proprietary curriculum and the collaborative care model.

• Completing psychological assessment reports and providing thoughtful feedback and vocational recommendations tailored to clients' comprehension levels.

• Conducting biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ eligibility for work assignments and necessary referrals.

• Delivering culturally competent counseling for mental health and substance abuse issues to individuals and groups, alongside effective case management.

• Consulting and coordinating with clients, case managers, and both internal and external healthcare providers to optimize client care.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in telehealth settings, as well as those who have engaged in specialized training in trauma-informed care or culturally sensitive practices, will be viewed favorably.
