Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Consulting and collaborating with clients, case managers, and both internal and external providers to ensure coordination and continuity of care.

• Applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques to motivate and guide clients, assisting them in achieving their individual treatment goals effectively.

• Working closely with a multidisciplinary clinical team which may include psychiatrists, coaches, nurses, and behavioral case managers to provide comprehensive support.

• Pioneering experimental therapy protocols and methodologies as part of our ongoing commitment to innovate mental health care.

• Engaging in training on our proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model to enhance your professional skillset.

• Conducting psychological assessments and providing thorough reports that encompass vocational recommendations, tailored to clients’ comprehension levels.

• Performing biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate a client’s suitability for specific work assignments or the need for additional referrals for counseling.

• Delivering culturally sensitive counseling for mental health and substance use issues, effectively addressing both individual and group needs.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Social Work License is required, including LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW designations per state regulations.

• Proven track record with no history of medical malpractice claims, verified by a third party.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline is required.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
