Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments, to tailor treatment approaches effectively.

• Work collaboratively with patients to develop individualized treatment plans that consider their specific conditions, goals, and cultural backgrounds.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in various therapeutic settings including individual, couple, family, and group therapies.

• Provide crisis intervention services and coordinate care with other health professionals to ensure ongoing support for patients experiencing acute distress.
\n
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with clinic policies, encompassing progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
\n
• Deliver psychoeducation to both patients and their families to empower them with vital information and strategies to manage mental health conditions.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, to deliver comprehensive care and seamless service to clients.

• Regularly conduct outcome assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment and adjust methods as necessary.

• Continuously enhance clinical knowledge by staying informed about current research, emerging trends, and best practices in the field of mental health.

• Uphold strict ethical guidelines and ensure patient confidentiality at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve encompass a broad range of backgrounds and mental health conditions, particularly those individuals who have been affected by trauma. Our trauma-informed approach prioritizes establishing a safe and secure therapeutic environment to foster healing. You will engage with diverse populations and will be expected to demonstrate cultural sensitivity and understanding in all interactions, ensuring each patient receives the tailored support they require.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaborative relationships with peers.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing a strong rapport with clients from various cultural backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
