Work Environment\n

This position operates remotely, giving you the flexibility to manage your schedule while conducting therapy sessions from your home or preferred environment. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and formulate personalized treatment plans suited to their goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapy interventions—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based approaches—focused on promoting client wellness.

• Monitor and document client progress diligently, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Educate clients on effective coping strategies and self-management skills, fostering independence and resilience.

• Facilitate collaboration with other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure comprehensive care and support.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with Washington State regulations and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will support a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Active Washington State license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
