Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to create effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group counseling sessions leveraging various therapeutic techniques and interventions.

• Perform mental health screenings to promptly identify clients’ mental health needs and assess suitability for therapeutic interventions.

• Establish and maintain a therapeutic alliance with clients, ensuring they feel safe, respected, and heard throughout their treatment journey.

• Actively listen to clients’ personal goals, concerns, and experiences to ensure their treatment plan remains relevant and effective.

• Regularly meet with clients for counseling sessions, adapting treatment plans based on their evolving needs and progress.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to share insights, resources, and strategies that enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a varied clientele including individuals from diverse backgrounds, ages, and lifestyles. Our clients may present with a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance abuse concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Social Work (LICSW) is required.

• Must possess an active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• Proficient in current counseling theories and practices, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques relevant to various client issues.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of documented experience providing mental health services, including therapy with individuals facing behavioral health challenges, co-occurring disorders, or substance use issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
