This full-time position is fully remote, allowing our therapists to work from the comfort of their own homes while connecting with clients through telehealth services. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, leading to the development of individualized treatment plans that address these specific concerns.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base consists of diverse individuals of all ages seeking assistance with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more. As a therapist, you will work collaboratively with a wide array of clients, using culturally competent approaches to ensure that all feel respected and understood throughout the therapeutic process. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• A valid Washington State license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of experience in mental health counseling within a behavioral health setting is preferred, showcasing your ability to handle a diverse range of client needs and situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
