This full-time position operates in a remote setting utilizing telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments to evaluate client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies, adapting your approach as needed to meet individual patient preferences and responses to treatment.

• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR) while minimizing administrative paperwork.

• Collaborate with case management to ensure comprehensive support for clients, including follow-up treatment sessions conducted weekly or biweekly.

• Regularly assess client progress through data-driven methods and modify treatment strategies accordingly.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients dealing with a variety of mental health disorders, including, but not limited to, Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and grief. You will serve a diverse clientele, ensuring that each individual receives personalized care through a client-centered approach.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Possession of an active and valid state license (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in accordance with state regulations.

• No history of medical malpractice claims, as verified by a third-party service.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients.

• Authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience using a variety of psychotherapy modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and psychodynamic therapy.
