Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Inner Insight Therapy Inc., you will:

• Provide ethical and empathetic counseling to clients via secure video chat sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults presenting a broad spectrum of mental health needs. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A fully active and independent license to practice as a mental health therapist in Washington state (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW). Note: provisional licenses will not be accepted.

• No history of disciplinary actions on your license.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine, compassionate nature.

• Proficient computer literacy skills to navigate our digital therapy platform efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling. Experience in managing diverse client cases or working within various therapeutic frameworks is particularly advantageous.
