Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patients' challenges and develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.

• Lead psychoeducational and support group sessions to foster a sense of community and provide valuable psychoeducation regarding common mental health issues.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

• Educate patients about their mental health diagnoses and guide them through available treatment options and community resources.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
