Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work life while focusing on providing high-quality therapy from the comfort of your own home. You will engage with team members through virtual meetings, maintaining open communication and collaboration. Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, allowing you to have a work-life balance while being dedicated to your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify clients’ needs, strengths, and areas for growth.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans informed by evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic modalities.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, adhering to HIPAA compliance and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to share insights and enhance therapeutic practices across the team.

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families to empower them in their mental health journeys.

• Stay informed on the latest mental health research and treatments to continuously elevate the quality of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve engaging with a wide array of clients, including those facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. You will be expected to provide culturally sensitive care that respects the individuality of each client. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
