Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for new and existing clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to create individualized treatment plans aimed at addressing their unique mental health needs.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other innovative techniques, to foster clients’ recovery and resilience.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards to uphold our commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality.

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic care and integrated therapeutic strategies for clients.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, allowing for continuous improvement in care quality and the integration of current best practices.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available to help them during their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
