Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations via teleconferencing to ascertain clients' mental health needs and formulate appropriate treatment strategies.

• Offer individual, family, marriage, and group counseling sessions tailored to the specific needs and circumstances of clients.

• Utilize remote tools to screen for mental health conditions, identify treatment requirements, and monitor client progress throughout the therapeutic process.

• Develop, implement, and periodically revise personalized treatment plans aligned with clients' goals, preferences, and situational factors.

• Engage with clients regularly to provide therapy, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on their evolving needs and feedback.

• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client cases and collaborate on holistic treatment approaches.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting progress and treatment plans in accordance with organizational policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field, such as Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Social Work (LICSW) is mandatory.

• Current and active licensure as a LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Washington State.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive annual salary range between USD 100,000 and 105,000 , commensurate with experience and credentials.
