Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their mental health status.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that are tailored to their specific needs, goals, and preferences, incorporating evidence-based practices.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help clients manage their symptoms effectively.

• Offer education and support to clients and their families about mood disorders, potential treatment options, and self-care strategies.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes and ensure effective interventions.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated, holistic care that addresses both psychological and medical needs.

• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in mood disorder treatment to continuously enhance clinical skills.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client sessions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Strong expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, particularly CBT and DBT.

• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Two years of post-licensure experience specializing in the treatment of mood disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
