Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to conduct sessions with clients via telehealth platforms. You'll engage in regular virtual meetings, case consultations, and training to remain connected with your colleagues and continue your professional development.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients' psychological and emotional needs, using a variety of assessment tools.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate both individual therapy sessions as well as psychoeducational group sessions aimed to provide support to those grappling with common mental health issues.
\n
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure holistic care for every client.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention services during urgent situations, assisting clients with immediate mental health support.
\n
• Document client progress meticulously in accordance with ethical and legal standards, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

• Stay informed about contemporary research and advancements in mental health therapy to ensure best practices are being employed.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington, ensuring adherence to the highest professional standards.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with various therapeutic approaches and treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated capability to carry out comprehensive mental health assessments and develop effective treatment strategies.

• Able to utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems with proficiency to streamline documentation and communication.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, showcasing the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of one year of relevant experience is required, candidates with additional experience in providing therapy across diverse populations, crisis intervention, and group facilitation will be strongly favored. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and practices is also beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n
