Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish a therapeutic alliance with clients to create a safe and trusting environment.

• Conduct comprehensive intakes and assessments to accurately evaluate client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver regular therapy sessions tailored to client goals, continually adapting treatment plans based on client progress.

• Document all client interactions and treatment decisions diligently in our electronic health records system.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to refer clients to appropriate specialists or additional services when needed.

• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay abreast of the latest mental health practices and innovations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our mental health therapists cater mainly to individuals in need of detox support, often addressing issues related to substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. We work closely with adolescents and their families, providing evidence-based interventions focused on healing, growth, and resilience. Our aim is to create therapeutic pathways that foster lasting change and improve overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (LCSW), Counseling (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or a closely related field is required.

• Active and valid licensure in your field (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) is mandatory.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience providing mental health and/or integration counseling services.

• Strong ethical foundation with the ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine ability to establish rapport with patients and their families.

• Proficiency in current methodologies and trends in individual and family therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates who have specific training in trauma-informed care, substance use treatment, or adolescent therapy. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records will be advantageous in facilitating remote therapy sessions.

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 per year, reflecting our commitment to fair compensation for qualified mental health professionals.
