Our flexible work environment promotes work-life balance, with a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, though some flexibility may be necessary to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand clients' unique life experiences and challenges, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions that consider the individual backgrounds of clients, ensuring that each session is impactful and relevant.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing a variety of mental health issues, fostering resilience and promoting overall emotional well-being.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, equipped to handle emergencies with a calm and resourceful approach.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, various treatment options, and resources available within the community.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with legal, ethical standards, and clinic policies, using electronic health record (EHR) systems proficiently.

• Participate actively in case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing cultural competency training to enhance both personal and organizational knowledge.

Qualifications\n
