This role is structured as a full-time position, providing the opportunity to work remotely. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide compassionate and non-judgmental counseling to patients, adapting therapeutic approaches based on individual client needs and preferences.

• Function as a Licensed Therapist to diagnose and treat clients, organizing sessions to provide both initial assessments and ongoing therapy.
\n
• Conduct various therapeutic interventions, including diagnostic assessments, psychotherapy, behavior modifications, and regular follow-ups to track client progress.

• Utilize a broad range of clinical modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Engage in crisis management as needed, employing strong diagnostic and clinical skills to support clients during challenging times.

• Leverage electronic medical records (EMR) systems and remote communication technology to efficiently document care and monitor client responses to treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients experiencing various mental health issues, including but not limited to Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention- Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), trauma, and grief-related issues. Your flexible and individualized approach to therapy will be crucial in meeting the specific needs of each client, ultimately helping them achieve better health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a similar discipline.

• State licensure as a mental health counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) is required, along with a clean record verified through third-party checks, without any history of medical malpractice claims.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with clients and their families.

• Proficiency in navigating fast-paced settings, managing client caseloads, and handling interruptions as required.

• Authorized to work in the U.S. and familiar with various mental health disorders and diagnostic criteria.

• Experience working in community health settings and familiarity with challenges faced in outpatient treatment.

• A strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic practices and a willingness to continuously update clinical skills.

At Sunshine Sanctuary, we value our staff and offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 - 105,000 annually.
