Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to gain a thorough understanding of their mental health needs, strengths, and treatment goals.

• Facilitate ongoing therapy sessions to address a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to coordinate holistic care for clients.

• Maintain precise and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Engage in continuous professional development through supervision, team meetings, and training opportunities, staying current with best practices in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals from various cultural, socioeconomic, and age backgrounds. You will work with clients who exhibit a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related issues, and challenges related to interpersonal relationships. Your aim will be to provide empathetic care that respects each client’s unique experiences and promotes resilience and long-term well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and active state licensure as either LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW in Washington.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience providing therapy in a mental health or behavioral health setting.

• Proven ability in conducting thorough assessments, developing actionable treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective interaction with clients and collaboration with team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with additional performance-based bonuses.
