Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one video counseling sessions with clients to address their mental health needs and improve their emotional well-being.

• Guide clients in articulating their feelings and experiences to foster greater self-awareness and understanding of interpersonal relationships.

• Advocate for clients by helping them set and achieve personal and therapeutic goals.
\n
• Perform comprehensive evaluations of client mental health conditions, devising and implementing effective treatment plans drawing from your clinical expertise.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to provide support and progression in clients’ mental health journeys.

• Document treatment plans and client progress efficiently, while minimizing administrative burden through our streamlined processes.

• Stay current with industry best practices and continue professional development through training and networking opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will consist primarily of pre-screened, stable adults with low acuity mental health issues. This ensures that you will be working with individuals who meet specific criteria for readiness and capability to engage in the therapeutic process. Without the encumbrance of severe mental health cases, you will focus on positive, growth-oriented counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current, unrestricted license to practice independently as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) , or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) .

• No limited or provisional licenses will be considered. Prior disciplinary actions may impact eligibility.
\n
• Demonstrable ability to make professional evaluations and clinical decisions concerning treatment planning and implementation.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and foster a safe space for client discussions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing virtual mental health counseling.
\n
• Knowledge and practice of solution-focused therapy techniques.

• Previous work with diverse populations and understanding of cultural competencies in mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
