Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video conferencing, tailoring your approach to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Create a safe and empathetic space for clients to express their emotions and experiences, guiding them to gain insight into their mental health and interpersonal relationships.

• Act as an advocate for your clients, helping them set and achieve meaningful goals throughout their therapy journey.

• Assess clients' mental health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based methodologies and your professional experience.

• Monitor progress and adapt treatment strategies as necessary, ensuring that your clients receive the best possible care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

• Work primarily with stable adult clients experiencing low-acuity mental health concerns, ensuring a focused and manageable caseload.

• All clients are pre-screened, and you will be matched with those whose needs align with your areas of expertise and personal preferences, promoting a successful and fulfilling counseling relationship.

Qualifications\n

• A completed Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must hold a full and active license to practice independently without supervision in one of the following specialties: \n

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
  \n
  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

• Proficiency in making professional evaluations and developing treatment plans based on clinical assessments.

• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others are essential for success in this role.

• Must be comfortable using technology and possess basic computer literacy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 per year, dependent on hours worked. Additionally, you will receive a monthly healthcare stipend when working full-time. Enjoy the convenience of weekly direct deposit as part of our commitment to timely compensation.
