Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs and appropriate treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, family, marriage, and group therapy sessions tailored to each client's unique situation and therapeutic goals.

• Perform mental health screenings to identify pain points and critical areas for intervention.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Social Work (LICSW) is required.

• Current and active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in providing therapy to individuals facing mental and behavioral health challenges, including conducting individual and group therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers an attractive salary range from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
