Key Responsibilities\n

• Patient Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the needs of clients and caregivers, utilizing established diagnostic criteria to identify mental health conditions.

• Care Planning: Collaborate closely with clients to develop and modify individualized care plans that reflect their goals and progress.

• Therapeutic Interventions: Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including crisis counseling, individual psychotherapy, and group therapy, as necessary to address client needs.

• Family Support: Assess individual and family dynamics to identify areas requiring additional support, resources, or treatment interventions that promote healthier functioning.

• Progress Evaluation: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans, adjusting goals and strategies in response to client progress and feedback.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate compliance with organizational policies, mental health standards, and documentation requirements with a focus on minimizing paperwork to allow more time for client care.

Your work will predominantly focus on a diverse group of patients, including individuals facing acute and chronic mental health challenges, those struggling with substance use disorders, and families seeking support during times of crisis. You will employ a variety of therapeutic modalities to help clients navigate their challenges and promote their well-being within a safe and respectful therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• Licensure: Current and valid licensure as a Clinical Social Worker in Washington State (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) is required.

• Education: A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution recognized by the Council on Social Work Education.

Compensation and Benefits\n
