Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a range of therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychotherapy, and Behavioral Therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs, progressing through regular assessments and adjustments.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals within our practice, ensuring a holistic and integrated approach to client care.

• Provide immediate support to families undergoing acute crises, guiding them through stabilization and conflict resolution strategies.

• Document therapy sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in adherence to organizational policies and regulatory standards.

• Engage in ongoing telehealth training and development opportunities to enhance service delivery and improve patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on children and families, catering to a diverse client base dealing with various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• An active state license in Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in a therapeutic setting, specifically working with children and families.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and circumstances.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous salary, our benefits package includes:
