Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and individual, family, and group therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychotherapy.

• Creating and maintaining individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs, tracking their progress throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care, integrating various therapeutic interventions when necessary.

• Providing immediate crisis intervention and support to families facing acute challenges, facilitating conflict resolution to help restore stability.

• Documenting clinical notes and progress reports in accordance with our practice standards and state regulations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• An active and valid license in the state of Washington as a LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC is essential.
