Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to motivate and guide clients in achieving their mental health goals, customizing approaches to suit individual needs.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team, including psychiatrists, coaches, nurses, and behavioral case managers, to design and implement comprehensive care plans.

• Pilot innovative therapy protocols to assess their effectiveness in real-time client interactions.

• Engage in continuous learning by participating in training sessions on our proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model, ensuring the highest standard of practice.

• Perform biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate client needs and determine appropriate counseling or referrals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
