Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial interviews and comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and establish baseline mental health statuses.

• Regularly evaluate and document client progress by synthesizing bio-psychosocial data from clients, families, and relevant professionals.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect best practices in mental health and addiction therapy.

• Utilize a variety of counseling techniques to facilitate individual and group therapy sessions tailored to clients’ unique circumstances.

• Maintain an awareness of industry standards and advancements related to chemical dependency and mental health treatment modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base consists of individuals from various backgrounds struggling with a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. This role is particularly focused on clients seeking recovery from chemical dependency, allowing you to work hands-on with clients who require empathy and understanding. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Valid and current licensure in the state of Washington as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Demonstrated understanding and competency in dealing with diverse populations and mental health treatment methodologies.
