Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments through secure video calls to identify client needs, develop suitable treatment plans, and ensure a personalized approach to care.

• Provide individual, family, marriage, and group therapy sessions. Tailor sessions based on each client's unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.

• Utilize virtual tools for mental health screenings, effectively identifying areas requiring support and intervention.

• Regularly evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes and client satisfaction.

• Collaborate with the telehealth team on best practices and contribute to ongoing improvements in service delivery.

• Document client interactions and treatment strategies in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse client population, including adults and children facing a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. You will employ culturally sensitive methods to ensure that therapy is accessible and effective for all clients, fostering an inclusive therapeutic environment that respects each individual’s unique background and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Social Work (LICSW) from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Strong knowledge of counseling methods, ethics, and mental health treatments.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 3-5 years of practical experience in the mental health field, working with individuals and families dealing with co-occurring disorders, substance abuse, and other behavioral health concerns.

Compensation and Benefits\n
