Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conduct engaging and ethical individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat.

• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans that promote client growth and self-awareness.

• Guide clients in exploring their experiences, emotions, and relationships to foster deeper understanding and insights.

• Monitor clients' progress consistently throughout their treatment journey and assist them in developing healthy coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with stable, low acuity adults presenting a wide range of mental health needs. These clients may grapple with issues such as anxiety, mild depression, stress management, and relationship concerns. Your role is crucial in guiding these individuals towards improved mental health and greater overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid and fully independent license to practice in one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Exceptional interpersonal skills that demonstrate empathy, compassion, and an understanding nature.

• A strong proficiency in computer literacy, enabling effective use of our all-in-one therapist platform.

• No disciplinary actions or limited/provisional licenses.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in working with diverse populations or those familiar with teletherapy practices will stand out as excellent fits for our team. Experience utilizing evidence-based approaches and familiarity with treatment planning processes are also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year, based on hours worked and experience. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
