Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health needs and status before creating personalized treatment plans.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies that focus on clients’ specific goals, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Provide one-on-one therapeutic support to adult clients, employing various approaches including solution-focused therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms to conduct virtual therapy sessions, ensuring consistent quality care regardless of geographical barriers.

• Deliver crisis intervention services when necessary, demonstrating the ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.

• Engage in continual professional development activities, attending workshops and training to stay current with mental health trends and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective client engagement.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a varied caseload efficiently.

• A proven track record of maintaining a non-judgmental, compassionate attitude toward all clients.

• No disciplinary actions noted on licensure board in order to ensure the highest ethical standards.
