Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate client needs and determine suitability for counseling services or referrals to other resources.

• Provide culturally sensitive mental health and substance abuse counseling to both individuals and groups, ensuring a responsive approach that takes into account diverse backgrounds and experiences.

• Engage in active consultation and collaboration with clients, case managers, and both internal and external service providers to ensure comprehensive and cohesive client care.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to motivate clients, facilitating goal-setting and achievement in alignment with their personal recovery journeys.

• Work closely with an interdisciplinary clinical team, including psychiatrists, coaches, nurses, and behavioral case managers, to create a holistic plan of care for each member.

• Participate in the development and piloting of new therapy protocols and methodologies to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Engage in regular training sessions focused on our proprietary curriculum and integrated care models to continually expand your knowledge and skills.

• Prepare detailed psychological assessment reports, presenting clear vocational recommendations and client feedback tailored to their comprehension levels.

In this role, you will primarily work with children and adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• A valid and appropriate social work license (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in accordance with state regulations.

• Authorization to work in the U.S. is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
