You will operate within a minimal paperwork framework, allowing you to focus more on patient care rather than administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide compassionate and empathetic counseling services to clients, with a non-judgmental attitude that fosters trust and rapport.

• Diagnose, manage, and treat clients with a variety of mental health concerns, employing diagnostic assessments and personalized treatment plans.

• Conduct psychotherapy using multiple modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic approaches.

• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans based on data-driven approaches and client feedback.
\n
• Engage in crisis management protocols to address urgent client needs effectively and with care.
\n
• Collaborate with case management teams to ensure comprehensive support for clients' needs beyond therapeutic interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele facing a wide range of mental health issues, including but not limited to Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, PTSD, and related trauma experiences. Understanding each client's unique perspective will be key in providing tailored interventions that promote healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field is essential.

• Current licensure in the state of Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload, displaying outstanding diagnostic and clinical skills.

• Vigilance for patient safety, with a history devoid of Medical Malpractice Claims, verified by a third-party service.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and colleagues alike.

• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and remote communication technology.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
