Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and individualized assessments to identify mental health concerns, formulating accurate clinical diagnoses that guide effective treatment planning.

• Provide tailored individual, couples, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address a range of emotional and psychological issues.

• Deliver crisis intervention support during acute mental health emergencies, helping clients stabilize and access further resources when necessary.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including detailed treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment documentation, adhering strictly to ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in collaborative case management by working closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to facilitate comprehensive care and treatment for all clients.

Qualifications\n

• Licensed Mental Health Therapist with credentials as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

• Possession of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.

• Exceptional clinical assessment and diagnostic skills informed by theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, preferably within an outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
