Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, using standardized tools and clinical judgment to inform the development of individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, groups, and families, employing a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care, which enhances overall client well-being and treatment outcomes.

• Deliver crisis intervention and therapeutic strategies during acute distress events, utilizing your clinical expertise to provide immediate support and safety planning.

• Participate in community outreach and educational initiatives, aiming to promote mental health literacy, reduce stigma, and provide resources to underserved populations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population encompassing various ages, backgrounds, and mental health challenges. Our clients include children, adolescents, adults, and families facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid and independent license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• An understanding of and sensitivity to culturally competent practices, enabling effective interactions with various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups.

• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans.
