Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, leveraging established evidence-based practices to develop individualized and effective treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions and, as needed, family, marriage, or group therapies, tailored to your clinical expertise and client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families, who are experiencing a range of mental health issues. This role specifically focuses on patients affected by various mental and behavioral health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. Your ability to connect and foster relationships with adolescents and their families will play a key role in achieving positive therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field, holding current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Strong understanding of current counseling principles, practices, techniques, and trends, particularly in individual and family therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
