Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to gain a comprehensive understanding of each client's challenges.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), to provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, adhering to clinic policies and compliance regulations.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families to enhance their understanding of mental health conditions and empower them with tools for effective management.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to develop a comprehensive care approach for clients.

Qualifications\n

• The annual salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $84,000, depending on geographic location, experience, education, and skills.
