Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals, regularly monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as required to optimize outcomes.

• Offer flexible teletherapy options, accommodating clients who may face geographical or logistical barriers to in-person therapy.

• Maintain meticulous records and documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, fulfilling all requirements for client confidentiality.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and networking opportunities to stay abreast of the latest mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and suicidal ideation. Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Licensing: You must hold a valid and unrestricted license to practice independently in Washington State as one of the following:

• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

• No limited/provisional licenses are accepted. Prospective candidates must be free of any disciplinary actions.

• Proficiency with technology and telehealth systems to effectively deliver virtual care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
