Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs, helping to formulate accurate clinical diagnoses from initial evaluations.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that address the specific goals of clients while incorporating evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based strategies.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, adapting the therapeutic approach to fit the unique needs of each client and fostering a safe and supportive environment.

• Actively engage with clients in crisis, providing immediate intervention strategies that stabilize acute mental health situations and connect them with necessary resources.

• Ensure meticulous maintenance of client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, adhering to strict ethical and legal standards to protect confidentiality.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, fostering understanding and providing information about treatment options and community resources that support their journey.

• Commit to professional development by staying current with best practices through workshops, training, and participation in relevant professional organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be serving a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, and other mental health challenges. You will specifically enhance the welfare of clients from diverse backgrounds and experiences within the Seattle area and beyond, making each interaction meaningful and impactful.

Qualifications\n

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in Washington state, including LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW credentials.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.

• Proven clinical assessment and diagnostic skills developed through education and practical experience.

• A minimum of two years related experience in a mental health setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
