Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, accommodating the needs of our therapists and clients alike. Utilizing advanced telehealth technology, you will conduct therapy sessions, maintain communication with fellow professionals, and access a wealth of resources designed to support your practice. Our remote setting offers flexibility, allowing you to keep a manageable caseload of approximately twenty-eight client visits per work week while also actively participating in collaborative team meetings aimed at professional development and support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and other methods to facilitate client progress.

• Continuously monitor each client’s progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Educate clients on coping mechanisms and proactive strategies aimed at maintaining mental wellness outside of therapy sessions.

• Engage in regular communication with other healthcare professionals, fostering a collaborative approach to client care when necessary.

• Maintain accurate, detailed clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in continuing education initiatives and team meetings to stay abreast of advancements in mental health practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• A valid Washington State license as either a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance.
