Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Current and unrestricted licensure to practice independently in Washington State as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• No disciplinary actions or limitations on practice associated with your license.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to empathize and connect with clients.

• Proficiency in using technology for teletherapy and managing client documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of experience as a mental health counselor is preferred, demonstrating your competence in providing client-centered therapy in both in-person and remote settings.
