Work Environment\n

The position is fully remote, allowing therapists to engage with clients through telehealth platforms. This innovative work setting enables us to reach individuals who may face barriers to traditional in-person therapies. Our therapists enjoy a flexible work schedule, with core hours being Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, while maintaining the adaptability to meet the scheduling needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to establish an understanding of each patient’s unique background and mental health needs.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic interventions that are tailored to the individual’s cultural context.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at empowering patients to address their mental health concerns effectively.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other practitioners to provide comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support, ensuring that patients in acute distress receive the necessary care promptly.

• Provide educational resources to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, available treatment options, and external community resources.

• Maintain high standards of documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational guidelines.

• Actively participate in bi-weekly case conferences and team meetings, contributing to shared learning and professional development opportunities.

• Engage in ongoing training and stay up-to-date with current research, best practices, and evolving cultural considerations within the field.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid license as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies, with a focus on culturally responsive approaches in therapy.

• Demonstrable experience in providing individual and group therapy with an inclusive perspective.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, along with the ability to remain composed and effective in high-stress situations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing rapport with a wide range of individuals.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and the aptitude for learning new software applications.

• A strong commitment to professionalism, including maintaining ethical boundaries, confidentiality, and upholding ethical guidelines.

Compensation and Benefits\n
